Arriving in Tokyo this morning, your first stop will be the old town of Kawagoe. Known as “little Edo”, Kawagoe is filled with clay-walled warehouses and shops reminiscent of olden Japan. Once important to trade and commerce in Tokyo, the historic warehouses have been converted into shops and restaurants, beckoning visitors along with its neighbouring Candy Alley of stores selling old-school sweets.
Dive into a world where nothing is as it seems at the Takao Trick Art Museum next. A maze of clever optical illusions, interesting artwork and precise camera angles transports you into fantastical settings, providing plenty of opportunities for fun and memorable pictures and videos with your companions.

Ever since instant ramen was created by Momofuku Ando to help alleviate hunger, the quick and easy noodle dish has revolutionised convenience food worldwide. At the Cup Noodles Museum Yokohama, learn how this beloved instant ramen is made and get hands on making the original chicken ramen in an instant ramen making experience!
Head over to the Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise after lunch for some fun at this large marine leisure park. Marvel at the sea creatures at one of Japan’s largest aquariums, catch entertaining performances by the animals, interact with the sea creatures, ride the attractions at the amusement park, and simply enjoy the many shopping, dining, and entertainment options here.
Day 03 (Tue, 10 Jun’25)
Yokohama – Fujiyoshida

Travel over to the seaside town of Kamakura, formerly the centre of Japan’s government and home to numerous temples, shrines and historical sites. Pay a visit to the scenic Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, the most important shrine in the city marked by its impressive large, red torii gate and building. Not to be missed is also the famous Great Buddha of Kamakura, a 11.4m high bronze statue of Amida Buddha which is the second tallest in Japan. Kept intact since its construction in the mid-13th century, the statue has even outlasted its surrounding building and now sits in the open air.
Since 1865, Suzuhiro Kamaboko has been making delicious kamaboko fish cakes using fresh fish meat and spring water from the Hakone mountains. At its flagship Suzuhiro Kamaboko Village, you can see how kamaboko are made, try and buy many varieties of kamaboko, and even create your original fish cake in a kamaboko-making experience!
Day 04 (Wed, 11 Jun’25)

Play to your heart’s content with a full day to spend at Fuji-Q Highland, one of Japan’s top amusement parks! Located at the base of Mt Fuji, the park is home to some of the world’s best roller coasters with record-breaking thrill rides accompanied by fantastic views of Japan’s iconic mountain. Beyond roller coasters, the plethora of attractions include leisure rides, challenges, family-friendly attractions, and anime and character themed rides featuring the likes of Naruto, Attack on Titan, and a whole area dedicated to Thomas the Tank Engine. The brave of heart may also consider venturing into the notorious haunted house, known to be the longest and scariest in the world!
At the end of the day, rest easy at the Highland Resort Hotel & Spa just next door. With priority admission to the park in the morning and free access to Fujiyama Onsen where you can relax in the hot springs at the end of the day, you can fully maximise your time at Fuji-Q Highland!
Day 05 (Thu, 12 Jun’25)

Heading to the southern slopes of Mt Fuji this morning, live your safari dreams at Fuji Safari Park! Take a jungle bus through the safari zone and observe animals roaming freely around you against the backdrop of Mt Fuji. See lions, tigers, bears, giraffes, cheetahs, elephants, rhinoceroses, zebras and bison up close, and even try feeding them on this unique safari experience!
Go melon picking at Izu Fruit Park today! Search for your perfect musk melon from among the many hanging from the vines to bring home as a souvenir and indulge in an all-you-can-eat buffet of the sweet and juicy fruit on the spot!
Afterwards, hop on the shinkansen for a speedy and comfortable ride over to Nagoya for the last leg of your journey.

You will have a free and easy day in Nagoya City to enjoy shopping and eating in the fourth largest city in Japan. Go shopping at the many department stores around Nagoya Station and Sakae, Nagoya’s most well-known shopping district filled with both brand name stores and shopping arcades. Try some of Nagoya's specialty dishes like tebasaki, miso katsu, or hitsumabushi for a local dinner.
