Located on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe, Victoria Falls is the largest waterfall in the world and one of the Seven Natural Wonders. It is no wonder that locals refer to the falls as Mosi-oa-Tunya, meaning ‘the smoke that thunders’. Take in the magnificence of the waterfall, first from the Zambian side where you will be bathed in the mighty spray.
Moving on to the Zambezi Elephant Trails upstream from the falls, meet and greet the gentle giants at this sanctuary which is home to elephants rescued from droughts and culling. Here, you will be able to stroke, feed and take pictures with the elephants.
Later, you will get to tour Victoria Falls from the Zimbabwean side, where various viewpoints bring you breath-taking sights of the waterfall. See the Main Falls, Horseshoe Falls, Rainbow Falls and more as you are awed by the spectacular natural wonder.
This evening, have an introduction into African bush culture at a Boma Dinner. Dine on traditional Zimbabwean delicacies under the starry sky while being entertained by cultural songs, dances and performances.
