Gero Onsen Sasara is located 90 minutes away from Nagoya Station using JR Limited Express. The hotel also offers free transportation by private transport from the station to the hotel. 

The hotel has 20 rooms that are available with open-air baths. 

Traditional Japanese multi-course Kaiseki meals are served in guests rooms and dining area for breakfast and dinner. Hida beef is also exclusively served in this ryokan.
