Tokachigawa Onsen Kangetsuen is situated beside Tokachigawa River. Guests can be able to enjoy the beautiful view of Tokachigawa River. The hotel is also 20 minutes drive from Obihiro station or 40 minutes drive from Tokachi-Obihiro Airport. 

There are a total of 104 rooms available in the hotel with 5 different types of rooms to choose from. Japanese style room, Japanese-Western style room, Single bedded room, Twin bedded room and other Western Style room. Guests can also opt for rooms that have an open-air bath as well. 

The hot spring in the hotel is well known for its rare moor water in Japan. Moor water consists of both plant extract and rock minerals to create a moisturizing effect that is similar to a skin toner that cannot be found in most hot springs.

The hotel provides its guests with only seasonal fresh ingredients that only is good to look at but at the same time, it tastes good. The hotel serves both buffet and kaiseki.
