Dear Risa Over the past 10+ years, my wife and I and friends/relatives have made numerous trips with FMJ. This current Niigata drive holiday is no different from the those of the past trips. My family just returned from a two week self driving trip to Hokkaido arranged by Yuta-san. We are impressed by the detailed planning and the quick customer response at all times. This company does put customers first and they are truly experts in their field. The support given is throughout the trip and even though we were on our own we had support throughout. One look at the price, many might turn away but you really have to experience it to know that what you’re paying is value for every dollar. They take pain to curate the best in terms of itinerary, F&B, accommodation, transport to bring about the most memorable experience. Their group size is also not big. Whether it’s a self drive or coach experience, my family has enjoyed their packages for at least two decades. They’ll always plan Onsen accommodations with Kaiseki dinners.
